What Do Rich People Have That The Poor Does Not Have Apart From Money?

The rich has money which the poor does not have but aside that, there are other urbane possessions of the rich that the poor don't have and I will just write on10 of such. The rich has money because they have learnt how to make money flow to them effortlessly but the poor would never know or do that

These other urbane possessions of the rich include:

1.  Wealth Mindset

The rich has learnt that his mindset is everything and thus he guards jealously never allowing weeds and negative thoughts to live therein and making every effort to avoid the victim mentality. But the poor has accepted his condition as his fate and thus makes no efforts to extricate himself from the poverty pool.

2.  Personal and Financial Discipline

The rich has taught himself both physical and financial discipline. He does not speak out of tune, he has a cultured mannerism, is often courteous and humble. He also spends his money wisely but in contrast, the poor is always loquacious and avaricious, spending whatever little money that comes into his hands and always getting into debts.

3.  The Rich Has Different Agenda From The Poor

The rich believes that life is to be lived and not managed and thus they have the agenda to create the life they want to enjoy. Their sole agenda is to be as happy as they can be while they still are alive, this gives them the impetus to invest in people. But the poor believes that their God put them in that condition and thus they cannot do anything about it. Their own agenda is to keep surviving for as long as they can afford.

4.  Risk Taking

The rich understands that without risk taking, there could be no profit so he goes into it head-on though not without doing his own due diligence but the poor is averse to risk taking. He is comfortable with his state and does not want to jeopardize the little that he has.

5.  Opportunity

The rich has trained himself to recognize challenges as opportunities that could turn their life around and so they do not hesitate to ask themselves - how can I turn this obstacle into an objective that could serve many  more people? They recognize that in solving the pain points of people, they give out value and receive monetary rewards from there. But the poor, they are cowed by challenges and obstacles and thus are unable to see any opportunities.

6.  The Rich Has A Different Perspective To Life Than The Poor

The rich sees life as a journey to enjoy as many experiences as they can tuck under their belts and thus they are inquisitive and curious and very adventurous. They know that without failure, there can be no success, infact the rich who has gathered great wealth has also failed so many times but each time he fell, he rose up again to continue the journey because he knows that there is light at the end of the tunnel - so he has no retreat, no surrender as his mantra but the poor does not want to experience failure and as soon as he fails once he throws in the towel and kisses the opportunity good bye.

7.  Managing Time

The rich is very adept at time and personal management. They understand the maxim that time is money and they go to great extents to maximize their time. They create to do lists and adhere to them which enables them to function optimally. They do have fun times too but they are blocked time that nothing else can take away from them. The poor on the other hand does not respect their time. They indulge in time wasting activities like gossiping, drinking in loud places and all that, not recognizing the fact that time is a perishable commodity and that once it's gone, there is no calling it back.

8.  Hard Work

The rich works extremely hard to ensure that they keep making money, however they combine their hard work with smart work by leveraging and using the power of compounding to grow their wealth.  The poor works at hard labour believing same to be hard work and hoping that they can make it to easy life

9.  Savings & Investing

The rich knows that saving is the means of getting rich and that when the amount saved is invested in profitable ventures, multiple streams of income can be launched. The poor thinks that he does not have enough and so saving and investing are not his options and sometimes when he is convinced to start saving, he leaves the money in the bank to be eaten up by inflation.

10.            Extending Charitable Hands

The rich has learnt that to receive, you first must have to give and so they spare no efforts in reaching out to other persons no so priviledged as they are. Such reaching out saves them hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax rebates which allows them to have more money to give away. The poor thinks that because he has no money, he must always be at the receiving end.

These are the 10 urbane possessions which the rich have but the poor does not have.

  2. The points you enumerated are germane and quite educating. I do not think that you missed anything but to add that PATIENCE is another quality that the Rich has that is lacking in the poor. The poor is always in haste to acquire things without due diligence which makes him to unnecessarily lose money. THANKS !

This is really deep. However, pls permit me to add:
    * GOALS/TARGETS SETTING
The rich sets goals & targets for themselves with timelines. This makes them focus, determined and committed to the achievement of such goals/targets as at the set time and sometimes before the time. Lack of set goals/targets with timelines can make you achieve in 20months what you ought to achieve in 3months.

What Is Wealth?

What Is Wealth? "A person's, community's, company's, or country's wealth is the total sum of all their valuable properties. Wealth is calculated by subtracting all debts from the overall market value of all real and intangible assets held. Wealth is essentially the accumulation of finite capital. When individuals, groups, or nations are able to acquire a large number of valuable resources or commodities, they are considered to be rich. Wealth differs from income in that it is a stock while income is a flow, and it can be measured in absolute or relative terms " There are as many definitions of wealth as there are writers and thought leaders. Henry David Thoreau says   “ Wealth is the ability to fully experience life. ” And Robert Kiyosaki says "Wealth is NOT a measurement of how much money you have but how long you can live without working." Understanding the Definition of Wealth Wealth can be represented in a number of different ways.

Are You a Wealth Creator?

Are You a Wealth Creator? It occurred to me recently that not everyone knows what a "wealth creator" is, which is why I chose to focus this blog on this audience. Although we're all thinking about the year in focus which has gone 5 months ahead, but there can never be a bad time to talk about wealth and so, now provides an excellent opportunity to discuss the subject matter. What does it mean to be a wealth creator? The term "wealth creator" isn't specified in Merriam-Webster. There isn't even a Wikipedia entry for "wealth creator." That's not shocking, given that the definition isn't well-understood. “Wealth,” according to the dictionary, is described as an excess of valuable material possessions or resources. An "artist" is someone who creates something new or unique. The intersection of these two principles creates some complex dynamics and special requirements. Many citizens are wealthy; in reality, they ma

Are You Discouraged About Your Finances?

Are You Discouraged About Your Finances?                      As you reflect back on what you’ve accomplished so far this year, do you cringe? Allow me to help you raise your head up! I'd like to encourage you to keep going! In a world full with hares, I want to inspire you to be the tortoise. But how do you do it? How can you maintain moving forward financially when things aren't going as planned and you don't feel like you're making the progress you want? Allow me to suggest some very basic, yet very vital, things that you should continue to perform. 1. Laser Focus On The Big Picture. This is the overarching theme of this encouraging article. It's not a reason to give up just because things haven't gone as planned during the last few months. What were your financial circumstances five years ago? How about ten? When I'm feeling down about our finances, I try to remember where we were just a few years ago, and the progress becomes
