What Do Rich People Have That The Poor Does Not Have Apart From Money?   The rich has money which the poor does not have but aside that, there are other urbane possessions of the rich that the poor don't have and I will just write on10 of such. The rich has money because they have learnt how to make money flow to them effortlessly but the poor would never know or do that These other urbane possessions of the rich include: 1.  Wealth Mindset The rich has learnt that his mindset is everything and thus he guards jealously never allowing weeds and negative thoughts to live therein and making every effort to avoid the victim mentality. But the poor has accepted his condition as his fate and thus makes no efforts to extricate himself from the poverty pool. 2.  Personal and Financial Discipline The rich has taught himself both physical and financial discipline. He does not speak out of tune, he has a cultured mannerism, is often courteous and humble. He also spends his mon

All Of Us Have The Same 24 Hours Every Day

What did Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Jr., Oprah Winfrey, Larry King, Mahatma Ghandi, Mother Teresa, and Steve Jobs have in common?

There were 24 hours in a day for each of them.

What's the good news?

That is also the same exact number of hours in each day that you have!

Because it favors no one, time has been dubbed the "great equalizer."

We all have the same amount of time in each day to get things done, regardless of color, creed, economic level, or upbringing.

Building riches and getting wealthy, takes time, so you'll need to set aside some time to generate and grow your fortune.

Of course, there are programs that can cut that time in half, but let's face it: making money still takes time.

If you find yourself putting off tasks you know you should do because you don't have time - such as preparing a budget, canceling unnecessary subscriptions, or opening a retirement account - this article can help you better plan your day and get more done with the time you do have.

1. Make a schedule for your to-do list.

This is a significant issue. We all make to-do lists and tick things off when we finish them.

The problem with that approach is that we tend to overlook things that are difficult, unpleasant, or unimportant.

So, rather than making a standard to-do list, take the items on your list and plan them into your day..

For example, if you need to set up a retirement account, set aside time from 2 to 3 p.m. to investigate your alternatives, call your financial advisor, or do whatever else is necessary to accomplish the work.

You are considerably more likely to complete that assignment if you set aside time to work on it (with a deadline).

2. Get The Most Out Of Your Free Time

We all have downtime that is filled with things like waiting in line at the bank, getting our oil changed, waiting at the doctor's office, commuting to work, and so on.

Every day, we have approximately 2 hours of unscheduled, “wasted” time.

Every year, that's the equivalent of 91 8-hour work days!

You may make better use of this time by putting down your phone for a while (Facebook and Instagram will still be there later) and completing small things that you never seem to have time for.

This time is also ideal for reading, listening to podcasts, catching up on email, meditating, or any of the other countless small tasks you have to complete each day. (However, we do not suggest meditating while driving to work!)

3. Remember why you're doing it.

The last piece of advice we have for you is to keep in mind WHY you are doing all of this.

This is what we refer to as LIFE. You're not merely going through the motions of life, reacting to what comes your way.

It's something you're doing to make a better life for yourself. Not only in terms of money, but also in terms of health, emotion, and spirituality (however you define that in your own way).

Perhaps it's so you can reach the financial independence you've always desired.

Perhaps it's so you can send your children to Ivy League schools.

Maybe it's so you can retire to that beach house you've always wanted.

Whatever it is, maintain your WHY firmly and squarely at the center of your attention as you go through your day, spending your time on all the things you spend your time on, and great things will happen.

  1. Time management. Adequate planning of the day and making it a constant through a detailed schedule list is just awesome.

Time favouring the rich and wealthy means, they understand why there is time for them. They don't just jump into the day and deal with it as an all comers affair. They know time moves without waiting, as such, they get involved in their activities with actions. This is so done because, they understand that time goes.

The rich knows that efficient utilization of mindset and adequate management of time is the secret to wealth creation. Then, action to those set up is the crown for it.

Wealth is just a blessing. It's a state that cannot be jaundiced. I want to be wealthy because, I want to impact myself and my community at large.

Yes, I agree. One choice I made after leaving school was enrolling into a safety school. After graduation for years, I was in the street roaming for job search. When I was almost getting down, I enrolled into acquiring this skill. I now know that, skill acquisition and enrichment of one's knowledge is the greatest investment.

    1. Time management

    2. Time favours everyone who understands how to properly use it. My understanding of this saying is: those who are wealthy have been able to manage their time effectively and productively to engage in activities that either for the short term or long term yield financial independence and financial security.

    3. The rich in this context might not necessarily be anyone having an abundance of material possessions and investments. Anyone who has been able to achieve success in their various works of life is rich in that area of specialty. In terms of wealth creation for me, rich people have been able to properly manage their time productively; also have been able to effectively translate their rich knowledge in their area of specialty to generate consistent streams of financial income.

    4. I want to be wealthy to provide a better life for myself and the people around me; living a life of comfort, through financial independence and financial security.

    5. Yes; I grew to understand that certain people fail and some succeed, while amongst those who succeeded, some do so averagely and some with distinctions. It depends on what you choose to do with your time and chance. Life presents us all time and chance, your level of productive diligence earns you either failure, average or distinctive success in life.

I noticed that through life and school I have done well but I consider myself an average achiever and I understood that i have always been satisfied with doing little with available time and chance, i have changed that mentality and I don't settle for just any thing that comes my way called success, but I go for the distinction and seriously I have achieved better results lately.

    1. The most important character trait one needs to possess to be able to build wealth is A CREATIVE MINDSET. Wealth is created! If you lack a creative mind, no matter the extent of your time management, you cannot grow to be wealthy. A Creative Mindset that tends towards Wealth Creation is necessary & important to build wealth.

    2. My understanding that "time favours the rich and the wealthy" is that these set of people understand how to utilize their own 24 hrs appropriately.

The rich and the wealthy have a nack on how to plan and execute the minutes embedded in their 24hrs because they know for example, that "they cannot have again 8.00am on Monday September 13, 2021". Therefore every effort they needed to put into the hour of 8.00am this morning to gain profitability must have been carried out as far as they are concerned.

They have a planned program of activities/tasks for each hour/day; and follow through the program to logical conclusions (with minimal adjustments) for alignment & realignment.

They maintain a scheduled diary of appointments and alarms for reminders, etc. In summary, "the rich and the wealthy program TIME to work according to the programs schedules they have".

    3. Yes, I think I know the powerful secret which the rich knows as far as wealth creation is concerned. That powerful secret is: "BUILDING THEIR ASSETS AND UTILIZING THE GAINS, PROFITS, DIVIDENDS, INTERESTS, etc to ACQUIRE THEIR LIABILITIES.

    4. I want to be wealthy in order to be able to live a very comfortable and modest life with my family. And to be a part of the success stories of as many lives I can positively impact and transformed from (and at) wherever.

    5. I do agree that life is all about choices. One choice I made that landed me in a good stead worthy of mentioned here was in 2007.

I became Admin/Personnel Manager of African Paints PLC in 2001 and had an official car (I had no personal car then). I moved to another job in 2004, again with an official car. Then I joined Negris Holdings Limited without official car in 2007. Having been used to "having a car around, it was difficult to cope and as such I decided to buy one. I had no money at all, so I looked into my shares profile. I had bought Zenith & GTB banks 1,500 unit shares each, during their IPOs for only less than #40,000 (combine). I sold the bonus shares that accrued and made #680,000 plus (keeping the initial purchased shares of 1,500 units of GTB), and bought a Nissan Quest SUV. Three months after my sale, shares in the sock market collapsed and has not recovered to date.

3.Yes,the rich knows how to utilize time and opportunities because they know that, effective planning will make them to remain focus.

4.I want to be wealthy because it will offer me the opportunity to live the kind of life I would want to live and also to impact my world more especially my community.

5.Yes,l totally agreed with the statement that you are a product of your choice. In 2017,I chose to go back to school against all odds. Today, that singular act has set the tone of where I am presently.however dreams comes true when we pursue them with enthusiasm.

2.What I understand by the saying " Time favours the rich and the wealthy ' is that people who are rich and wealthy make proper and maximum use of their time, that is they maximize their time with proper planning and follows it with adequate ! action

3.A very powerful secret which the rich knows as far as Wealth Creation is concerned is THE IMPORTANCE OF INVESTMENT & HAVING MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME . The rich studies the environment to know the services that are in greater demand and they provide the services and make a lot of money. They equally understand the importance of multiple streams of income thus they diversify into a lot of income generating businesses

    4. I want to be wealthy so that I can primarily fullfil my domestic and social responsibilities with so much ease and at the same time enjoy life to the fullest. The Bible teaches us that money answereth all things. From my little experience in this sojourn called LIFE, I have come to the conclusion that it is better to have money than not to have it. Secondly, I want to be Wealthy so that I can positively impact my my generation and humanity in general.

5.I agree that life is a choice. One choice that I made that landed me in is choosing to study Medicine and Surgery in the University. What Is Wealth?

What Is Wealth? "A person's, community's, company's, or country's wealth is the total sum of all their valuable properties. Wealth is calculated by subtracting all debts from the overall market value of all real and intangible assets held. Wealth is essentially the accumulation of finite capital. When individuals, groups, or nations are able to acquire a large number of valuable resources or commodities, they are considered to be rich. Wealth differs from income in that it is a stock while income is a flow, and it can be measured in absolute or relative terms " There are as many definitions of wealth as there are writers and thought leaders. Henry David Thoreau says   “ Wealth is the ability to fully experience life. ” And Robert Kiyosaki says "Wealth is NOT a measurement of how much money you have but how long you can live without working." Understanding the Definition of Wealth Wealth can be represented in a number of different ways.

Are You a Wealth Creator?

Are You a Wealth Creator? It occurred to me recently that not everyone knows what a "wealth creator" is, which is why I chose to focus this blog on this audience. Although we're all thinking about the year in focus which has gone 5 months ahead, but there can never be a bad time to talk about wealth and so, now provides an excellent opportunity to discuss the subject matter. What does it mean to be a wealth creator? The term "wealth creator" isn't specified in Merriam-Webster. There isn't even a Wikipedia entry for "wealth creator." That's not shocking, given that the definition isn't well-understood. “Wealth,” according to the dictionary, is described as an excess of valuable material possessions or resources. An "artist" is someone who creates something new or unique. The intersection of these two principles creates some complex dynamics and special requirements. Many citizens are wealthy; in reality, they ma
